The apartment is lovely and has all the facilities you would need. The view from the balcony is towards the sea but you can only just see it. The apartment is right next to a metro station that will take you into the centre of Barcelona. The entrance to it is about 1 minute away. The only downside is that the bathroom is accessed only through the bedroom. Meaning anyone who is on the sofa bed needs to come through the bedroom to use the shower or toilet. While we found this fine it's perhaps unusual and is definitely something to be awear of.

Excelente lugar, ubicación excepcional al lado de la estación y del centro comercial Gran Via 2. Limpio, cómodo y totalmente equipado. La atención de Alexandra fue magnífica, estamos muy agradecidos.

  • The apartment was nice and clean. I stayed with my family and we had a great time. It has all essentials one needs. Location is perfect and close to public transport and it is easy to get around.
  • It is a bit tricky to get into the building for the first time but once you have the key it is no problem.

El apartamento de Mireia y María es una estancia inmejorable, todo luce tal como se muestra en las fotografías del anuncio, muy limpio y ordenado y en perfectas condiciones. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy a gusto en el y en el lugar donde se encuentra. Su ubicación nos permitió desplazarnos muy fácil y pronto a los sitios que nos interesaba conocer. La estación del metro que conecta tanto hacia el aeropuerto del Prat como al centro de Barcelona está a menos de 100 metros. La atención que nos brindó nuestra anfitriona Ana fue excelente; nos mostró el alojamiento por completo y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para aprovechar nuestro viaje. Un detalle a resaltar fue la flexibilidad que tuvieron con nuestra hora de salida. Sin duda esperamos volver.

I care for a conference in the nearby venue. My stay was exactly as expected – in, out, no problems whatsoever. The hosts kept in touch and provided all necessary instructions. I will book again next time.

I've stayed at this building before, with another AirBnB provider - so I knew what to expect. I would have preferred a flat with a bathtub, as it was advertised in the pictures on airbnb.com but hey... It was a pleasant stay anyway.

She shared her favorite eateries, best routes to take on the metro and best value attractions. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable quiet and very conveniently located near the metro stop and shopping. We will definitely return to Fira Gran Via the next time we visit Barcelona.

The manager, Alexandra was very helpful! She texted me as soon as our plane landed and guided us through the metro system to our apartment building where she met. She was friendly and gave us lots of great insider tips on how to enjoy Barcelona!

Ho soggiornato, con la mia famiglia( 2 adulti e 2 bambini) nell'appartamento Fira Gran Via1 e devo dire che è stato piacevole. Camere ordinate è pulite. Anche lo staff si è dimostrato all'altezza.

La ubicación es maravillosa, con la parada del tren justo enfrente de la puerta, el edificio muy moderno y buenas vistas hacia la feria de muestras. La direccion es muy conocida y los taxistas lo tienen muy facil para llegar, esta entre un centro comercial Carrefour y otro de Ikea, por lo que hacer alguna compra económica es facil, además está rodeado de restaurantes económicos y hay al lado un Mc Donalds.

Location of the apartment was very good, though not too much centric. Public transportation inmediately available in front of entrance takes you in 15-20 minutes to city Center. Good acommodation and shopping center at 1 min. walk. Difficult to park in the area. Keep in mind if you bring your car. Very good value for money.
