we absolutely loved this apartment. it was the last stop of our holiday and we were so happy to have a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment. we were met by a host who let us in and showed us the apartment. it was so very clean, free of clutter . had everything you needed in the kitchen and a full size fridge. the little welcome packs were so thoughtful. walking distance to so many things and heaps of cafes and supermarkets around. even a laundromat for drying if you need it but the property does have a washing machine and clothes line. comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. secure building. paid parking close by. definitely getting a great stay here. *only small issue was the sewer smell but we kept the bathroom doors closed and it seemed to work.

the apartment location was exactly what me and my friends were looking for, there was a metro station behind us and even a large mall next to us. the apartment itself was extremely cozy, the wifi however had a weak signal but nothing we couldn't manage with. the host was always extremely kind, helpful and responsive, we had arrived early with a lot of luggage and the host was kind enough to let us walk in the apartment to drop them off. thank you so much for the lovely stay!

I recommend! clean accommodation, equipped with everything necessary for a few days, hosts responsive to our requests, very close to the subway. we were with 2 children and we felt very well. there is also a mall nearby where you can shop.

Great location with all the facilities you need. Perfect base to explore Barcelona. Wonderful apartment and comfortable. It was clean and the hosts were thoughtful to provide olive oil, salt, pepper etc which meant we didn't need to buy ourselves. The balcony is huge and nice place to enjoy the morning coffee. The apartment is very close to a major shopping centre and restaurants. The metro entry is a few steps away with a lift to boot which is needed when carrying lots of luggage.

Really lovely apartment. Lots of room. Everything was spotless clean. Really great location, so central to everything. Just a few minutes walk from the metro station. There isn't onsite parking, but a car park just a couple of minutes walk away. Communication was great, and answered any questions I had Really quickly and helpfully. Very recommended apartment

We recently stayed at this VRBO. The staff was helpful and check in was easy. We were just steps away from the subway and the location was excellent - very close to Sagrada Familia. The apartment was comfortable and clean. This was good value and I would suggest this location (my children loved the channel selection on the TV)! Our family was staying for several days and my only feedback for improvement was there was not enough basic supplies for the time frame- toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap- also no coffee. I ended up purchasing these item- I have never had this happen before at a VRBO.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, numa zona sossegada, e limpa como quase toda a cidade. O ponto menos forte são os quartos, dois dos quatro quartos são pequenos, e os colchões não são muito confortáveis, contudo em relação ao custo vs beneficio, atribuo um 8,5 / 10. Numa próxima visita à cidade, este será novamente uma das possibilidades para a estadia.

Very nice and clean accommodation, well appointed modern apartment that is located close to a good selection of restaurants, coffee shops, a shopping mall, rail/subway and city bus access. The lad that greeted us to provide access to the unit was super friendly, well prepared and provided a series of suggestions that were a most helpful introduction to the Barcelona . The location suited us well as we found no difficulties in using the subway to travel to the many splendid sites the city has to offer.

Perfect apartment. Clean, spacious and great location. Quiet building. Metro with access to the city was just downstairs. Also within walking distance from the city if you like a walk. Mercado a supermarket across the road about 5-10min walk. Big shopping centre also nearby. Great communication from the moment of booking nothing was too much trouble to ask. Hopefully be staying here again in the future.

Ana was superb. I asked for her help multiple times throughout my stay and she delivered. The unit itself was very comfortable and had almost everything I needed. Steps away form metro station and a supermarket. I would have loved if it was closer to the city core, but this is completely on me as I booked last minute and it was the only thing available.

Good apartment at a great location in Raval; easy walk to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya; one block from Sant Antoni market. Very good value for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Showers kind of wonky but everything works. Be sure to specify multiple sets of keys if multiple guests want to go to different places.

The apartment is lovely and has all the facilities you would need. The view from the balcony is towards the sea but you can only just see it. The apartment is right next to a metro station that will take you into the centre of Barcelona. The entrance to it is about 1 minute away. The only downside is that the bathroom is accessed only through the bedroom. Meaning anyone who is on the sofa bed needs to come through the bedroom to use the shower or toilet. While we found this fine it's perhaps unusual and is definitely something to be awear of.

This property worked fine because of its location but it had issues. The refrigerator smelled horrendous. We couldn’t even put water in it to chill, it smelled so bad. We didn’t have electricity the first night, so no air conditioning. The electricity wasn’t fixed until the next day. I was denied one nights stay refund from the management company. They said I should have called the emergency line. What emergency line??? At 11:30 at night? There were no lights to see anything! Too many issues, wouldn’t recommend.

It was a delightful stay me and my friends had at the apartment close to Camp Nou Stadium. Every thing you need in a normal household was there and made the stay very comfortable and gave a vibe of being at home. It's a nice and quiet area, but at the same time not far from all kinds of activities and sights that Barcelona has to offer. Looking aside from the stay, the booking and communication was also very easy and smooth. I can definitely recommend booking with Barcelona4Seasons.

The environment is modern and spacious. There are 2 metro lines at the corner of the building, one takes you to pl. Espana in a few minutes, the other goes to the airport. The apartment is nice and clean. It has a good air condition and a nice balcony. We enjoyed it very much.

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce à part qu’il n’y a qu’une seule chambre et que le canapé-lit n’est pas dans une pièce séparée mais bien dans la pièce de vie avec la cuisine. Il faut aussi souligner que la salle de bain et WC sont accessibles uniquement par la chambre. Donc si vous venez à plusieurs adultes, mieux vaut bien se connaître. Tout fonctionnait: four, lave-vaisselle, eau chaude. Le métro est au pied de l’immeuble, ce qui rend le centre ville facilement accessible. Il y a des supermarchés juste à côté au besoin. Et on peut voir la mer! Le parking à réserver en supplément est très utile pour ceux qui comme nous viennent en voiture.

This apartment was perfect for our group of 5 adults. It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The kitchen is very well appointed, including a fantastic refrigerator. The location is ideal. Groceries, coffee, great food, and the Metro are all within minutes. The only trouble we had was access at check in. We didn't have data or internet (yet) so couldn't get the remote access to function. There was someone there to let us in though, so all was fine after that. The couch and bed were not comfortable for me, but no one else in our group had any trouble. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Smooth and quick communication with host, flexible entry options, great location. The apartment was well equipped (as described) and there was everything that we required inside. The only downside for someone could be the fact that all the windows are facing the inner yard, but we knew about that and we didn't need any scenery in the window. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario. Estuvimos muy cómodos y la ubicación es muy buena, especialmente si se llega a Barcelona en tren. The location was perfect, right near Sagrada Família. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the metro station is very close as well. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was very convenient (it is done remotely with no contact), and communication with the hosts was good as well.

Fantastic stay in this very nice apartment. Location was super good as this is very very close to Fira Europa metrostation, only 2 minutes walk. Also there is a big shopping mall 5 minutes away. We loved having the view as this apartment is on 15th floor. I also have to mention all communication with staff, it was far over our expectations, super good service. Our full recommendations and nothing less.

Appartement spacieux à 3 min à pieds du métro, de la Sagrada Famillia, des commerces, d'un marché et vue magnifique sur les tours de la Basilique en construction quand nous déjeunons. Cuisine pratique, 4 literies agréables et confortables, hôtes très aimables et réactifs. L appartement pourrait être parfait si les salles de bains subisaient un coup de rénovation. Nous avons apprécié vivre pendant une semaine dans cet immeuble en y vivant comme les espagnols.

Wir waren in der Wohnung Dream, Carrer Valencia 463, welche sehr schön ist und super als Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung der Stadt, da Bus um die Ecke. Metrostation, Aldi und viele andere Geschäfte und Restaurants auch in der Nähe. Freundlicher Kontakt und alles ganz unproblematisch und ohne Kontakt. Würde ich direkt wieder buchen. Wir waren 5 Personen.

Wir waren in der Sagrada Familia Dream Wohnung mit 5 Personen. Tolle gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Aldi in der Nähe und andere kleinere Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. 2 x um die Ecke und man steht vor der Sagrada Familia mit vielen Restaurants für jeden Geschmack sowie die Metro um in alle Richtungen zu kommen. Bushaltestelle auch in der Nähe. Hola-Barcelona-Karte lohnt sich um überall hinzukommen, sogar zum Flughafen. Netter Kotakt mit Vermieterin und einfaches Einchecken kontaktlos vorab und Code für den Eingang. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

An excellent location. Walking distance from Las Ramblas, the metro was across and the Plaza Mercado San Antonin was steps away. There was a small supermarket right across that had the necessities. This apartment is very comfortable, very quiet and bright. Great views over the valley. Good communication with the agency. Metro and buses at your doorstep. 25 min from city centre. For some reason the hot water was left turned off after check-in but that was an easy fix.

This was probably the best air Bnb experience we have ever had. The apartment is large by Barcelona standards with a huge patio area. The air conditioning works really well and the apartment is dark and quiet at night. The wifi is great. The area is lovely-10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia and lots of lovely bars and restaurants very close by as well as supermarkets. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe despite being so central. We would definitely recommend and would hope to stay here again if/when we return to Barcelona. Our hosts went above and beyond to help us on multiple occasions, including providing things for our children. Thank you again for giving us such a fun and relaxing stay!

La casa de Mireia y Maria está muy bien. Su localización esmuy buena esta dentro de una calme tranquila, con 3 paradas de metro cercanas a menos de 10 minutos una de ellas la parada de tren de Sants, y varios supermercados cerca. La casa es tal cual en las fotos, y tiene los utensilios necesarios para cocinar.El trato recibido por las anfitrionas fue maravilloso, nos estaba esperando en el portal, nos explicó como llegar a los puntos de interés de Barcelona, nos recomendó sitios, fue muy atenta en todo momento. Mireia and Maria's place was absolutely perfect for our three nights in Barcelona. The location is great...very close to many restaurants and shops and just a five minute walk to the metro which gets you anywhere you want to go. It's also just two metro stops to the train station, which was very handy. Check in was easy, communication was great, and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I hope to make it back to Barcelona again someday and if I do, I would definitely try to stay in this apartment!

A wonderful loft space perfect for 2 people. I loved the neighborhood of poble-sec and all the great food in the area. A lovely bakery next door and tons of little markets to get groceries. 25mins walking to the city center and easy communication with the hosts assistant who did a good job making us feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Barcelona if you like to be a bit away from the tourist traps.

Cet appartement est idéal pour une famille. Il est spacieux, très propre, moderne avec une terrasse immense pour profiter du soleil à toute heure. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour se rendre à pied au parc Guëll (20 min, ça grimpe un peu mais rien de méchant, il y a bus ou métro sinon) et à la Sagrada Familia (10 min à pied environ). Pour se rendre sur la plage ou en centre ville, le métro le plus proche est à 3 min à pied. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité dans ce quartier calme et familial. Nous validons aussi la recommandation de nos hôtes pour le resto "A Veiga" qui est une excellente adresse de tapas traditionnelles et fait maison. A 2 min à pied de l'appartement. Quand à nos hôtes, elles ont été très réactives et disponibles dès notre réservation jusqu'à notre départ. Merci à elles pour leur accueil. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet appartement et leurs hôtes

Check-in easy (although you will need a phone that works in Spain), apartment is spotless. Wi-fi works great. Washer was a big plus after several days of travel. Easy access to Metro (1 block) or Sants station (6 blocks). In an neighborhood with multiple grocery stores, pastelerias, bars, and restaurants. As noted, there is not that much natural light. Also, the apartment got a little chilly at night, but there are space heaters and room heaters that work well. Highly recommended!

We were in a good location! 1 block away from the Sant Antoni Market. 5-6 blocks from the aerobus to/from the airport. It was easy to catch a taxi near by. In the master bedroom it was louder since it faced the street. Shower temperature and pressure was great! It was a very clean space with cute decor of the local Barcelona sites. Check in was flexible based off when we arrived. Ana was very punctual, showed us around the apt and even had maps for us. She pointed out the main sites and how to reach them by public transportation. We had a wonderful experience at this AirBnb and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Lovely little apartment. Good size, nicely furnished and felt quite homely. The hosts were very helpful in meeting us and booking airport transfers. Overall really lovely stay. Only thing is sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but would still stay here again.

We (2 of us) stayed in here for 4 nights. This apartment is my favorite of all Airbnb locations I've stayed at.  Check-in was super easy. We were met by Alexsandra, who gave us helpful tips about nearby places (grocery, restaurants, museums) and getting around Barcelona.  The location was perfect. Lidl grocery was across the street. The bus 59 dropped us off right in front of the building. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Plaça Catalunya metro station.  The apartment itself was spacious. The bed in the master was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was larger than expected and the water pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well-stocked.  We would definitely stay here again. I can see us returning with some other family member

The apartment is lovely, its spacious and has plenty of areas to relax when you're at home. The flat is also well connected and easy to get to from all areas of Barcelona. A great place for a group of friends who want a comfortable, clean and safe place to hang out before heading into Barcelona for the day / night.

Lovely, clean and airy apartment in a safe neighbourhood just a walk away for all the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Cannot fault the location at all, close to shops, bars, restaurants & cafes, sights, transport links and a very local brewery bar (Garage Brew Co)! The apartment is clean but worn, has a very comfortable spacious double bed and good sized lounge / dining area, as well as cooking facilities. There is air-con, WIFI and a couple of TVs (mostly set to Spanish). Some of the reviews left for this apartment note it is ‘bare bones’, which I can see where the comment comes from but we were supplied with toilet roll, soap, mini shampoo and shower gel. Had to buy washing-up liquid, a sponge and more toilet roll, but other than that the supplies offered were decent and most welcomed. The hosts were very responsive to messages and met us at the apartment promptly, giving us maps of the area. There are some guide books in the cabinet under the main TV which were interesting. W

The accommodation is very close to all transportation as well as grocery stores. We were very pleased with the set up and extremely happy with the closeness to Sagrada Familia. It is very well maintained and has all the necessary requirements for an enjoyable stay in Barcelona. Could use a dish rack and a couple of dish towels so you don't have to use the dishwasher all the time but that's my personal preference. All in all nice apartment for the money.

The facility was presented to us cleaned in an immaculate manner. The concerns we highlighted were immediately addresed. The location of the apartment is fantastic and in close proximity to Plaça Catalunya and walking distance/short-train ride from most major attractions in the city. We requested for an airport pick-up that was arranged efficiently. Highly recommend this spot.

A few tips on where the nearest shops, bars and restaurants are located together with information about buses and the metro would have been very welcome. Advice on where to take rubbish and which bin to put it in would have helped. Also, a kettle would have been useful for those who like tea rather than coffee. Otherwise a super place to stay.

AMAZING LOCATION. Staying here is all about the view which is breathtaking when you first walk in. Even with a few minor things that could be improved I recommend that you stay here. Many metro lines very close as well. There was only one key set which was difficult for a group of 5 people and we also had trouble working the door buzzer which made letting each other in a real chore.

This bnb is managed by a company, not an individual. However everyone we dealt with was prompt and efficient. Be aware that late check in fees apply and must be paid in cash. Also you have to pay tourist tax. The apartment was clean and in a good location. It has air conditioning and was lovely to come home to.

We really enjoyed our stay! It would have been nice to have some more amenities - for example we had to purchase toilet paper, and there were no tea towels or hand soap. We found the apartment very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Ana and Innes were excellent to deal with.

Great little spot, location is great. One of the bus lines from the coast area drops off literally right in front of the apartment. Clean, nice balcony, bright. Coffee pods for the maker would have been a nice touch, but that was the only complaint.

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Close to the metro and tons of restaurants. The building is safe i.e. locked building entrance and then apartment door. Kitchen is nice and clean. The bathroom and shower are incredible although on a motion-sensing light which can turn off while you're in there. Overall would stay there again.

Place was great for our stay in Barcelona. Kitchen is pretty bare bones than most airbnbs so don't plan on cooking for yourself much, but it's hardly an issue with the amazing restaurants in the vicinity. Location was incredibly convenient, university plaza was a great home base. All the transportation you need within 5 mins. AC blows cold and wifi was strong

Ein sehr schönes, ordentliches und recht sauberes Appartment. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, vieles ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten uns für weitere Wege E-Roller gemietet - perfekt um Barcelona zu erkunden! Einziges (größeres) Manko: Die Klimaanlage funktioniert kaum - es wird zwar Luft herausgeblaßen, eine Kühlung findet aber kaum bis gar nich statt. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Das Team um Barcelona4Seasons war super nett und sehr hilfreich sowie zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

This apartment is managed by a business, it is not a private individual, and I was a little concerned about the personal touches. But everything was fine. Alexandra welcomed us, showed us around and gave us maps and directions around the neighbourhood. It is a big apartment, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and bathroom, so there was lots of space for us two to spread out. The supermarket is opposite, the metro on the next corner, and we had a great stay.

Location is great if you want to stay close to Sagrada familia. A bit futher from Gothic quarter but right by the Metro station so no issues to get wherever you want to. Some good places to eat nearby recommended by the hosts, great food for great value. All was smooth and we enjoyed the stay, I would happily rent the flat again.

L'appartement est beau, bien équipé, fonctionnel et fidèle à l'annonce. Pendant notre séjour, Mireia et Maria ont été réactives. L'arrivée dans l'appartement avec le système de clé digitale est plutôt efficace. L'appartement est bien situé, à mi-chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre de Barcelone. Il est proche d'un grand centre commercial et se trouve dans un environnement calme. Il y a de nombreuses lignes de métro et de bus qui se trouvent aux pieds de l'appartement et qui permettent de se rendre aussi bien à l'aéroport qu'aux quatre coins de Barcelone en peu de temps.

We stayed here for 1 night before heading to ABaC hotel for the rest of our trip. There is an elevator, but I wish I had known how to work it on the first day rather than climbing up the stairs. It's not like our basic elevators in the US, but very common in Spain. I now recall my host mom's place having one, from a study abroad more than 10 years ago. The host explained how to use it and we didn't have any problems with it after that. The place is beautifully and tastefully decorated. It has a modern and minimalist vibe in its decor. I can't comment on the kitchen as we didn't use it except for the refrigerator and glassware. The restroom has an annoying timer light. I say annoying because when we took a shower, the light would go off and if you're in the shower, it doesn't sense you. I had to call my husband in to tu

El apartamento de Mireia y María es una estancia inmejorable, todo luce tal como se muestra en las fotografías del anuncio, muy limpio y ordenado y en perfectas condiciones. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy a gusto en el y en el lugar donde se encuentra. Su ubicación nos permitió desplazarnos muy fácil y pronto a los sitios que nos interesaba conocer. La estación del metro que conecta tanto hacia el aeropuerto del Prat como al centro de Barcelona está a menos de 100 metros. La atención que nos brindó nuestra anfitriona Ana fue excelente; nos mostró el alojamiento por completo y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para aprovechar nuestro viaje. Un detalle a resaltar fue la flexibilidad que tuvieron con nuestra hora de salida. Sin duda esperamos volver.

This was a very comfortable, clean and attractive apartment. It was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lovely patio. One thing we have never found before except in the US is a clothes dryer. There are often washing machines but never dryers. In this case there were both. The location is good - walking distance from the metro and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We always received quick responses to our questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Das Appartement ist geräumig und gut ausgerüstet - ideal für 4-5 Personen. Dank der 2 Badezimmer gibt es auch kein Gedränge am Morgen ! Die Lage ist super - Markthalle, Supermarkets, Restaurants und die Metro Haltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend - auch ein Late Check-in ist kein Problem. Wir können dieses Appartement wärmstens empfehlen.

This apartment is so much more than we could have expected. The photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking view of the Sagrada Familia. The flat itself is a great size for a short or long stay, with plenty of bedrooms and decent living space. We had a very warm welcome and lots of useful information when we arrived from Dolors. For such a loud city the apartment is amazingly peaceful! But having the little balcony gives you the opportunity to feel like you’re in the heart of Barcelona. The metro stop just over the road have us access to the whole city, and leaving us with plenty of options for getting home at the end of a long day exploring. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it heartily to anyone - as long as they don’t want to book it on the sa

This apartment is located right next to the Parallel train station, which goes to every place you'd want to like Park Güell, Las Ramblas, etc. It is a five to ten minute walk to the main touristy areas which is nice to be away from that because all the nice tapas places are a minute away from you like Quimet&Quimet! The apartment was home for my partner and I for four nights and we were very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine that was easy to use. The apartment is on the third floor (which is equal to a U.S. 6th floor) which was not made clear to us when we arrived and tried to take the stairs up with our luggage. My advice when you arrive, take the elevator!

We had a great week staying at the Central Palace. The location is ideal because everthing you need is nearby - Supermarkets, Market-Hall, Metro Station and Restautants. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The hosts are very accommodation - Ana was at the apartment on time even though we were a late arrival. All in all we had a geat time in Barcelona.

Super fast and easy check-in and very friendly service. The price is fair and the apartment has enough space for 7 people. The locations of this flat is amazing. There are lots of cute restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. More or less 3min walking distance to la Sagrada Familia, few bus stops and a metro station close by. During our stay it wasn't so hot outside so we needed to turn on the heater. It takes a while until it warms up the flat so you may can feel cold as we did

The apartment was in a great location, a bit further out from the main shopping and city precinct but with excellent food and dining options close by. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It’s quiet and light filled, making it a nice place to have breakfast. The bathroom, especially the shower was clean and had good pressure. The bed was fairly good. Having a safe in the room was a plus, as well as the lifts!! Communication was easy and quick. We would definitely book again in returning to Barcelona.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! The layout was perfect, it was extremely clean, great location, wonderful decoration and the hosts are extremely helpful! The hosts were very responsive online and Alexandra was great in person. The apartment is located in a great place next to great neighborhoods and markets are nearby. You're a short walk from Raval, Ramblas, and Gotica. The place is a little older than what the pictures represent but it's a nice place overall. The view of the main street is great. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting. Alexandra was a great host and I really appreciate the early check-in. Thank you for everything

I loved everything about Giovanna’s apartment! There were plenty of amenities, basically everything you would ever need. Very close walk to the Museo Nacional and other museums. Cute decorating, really enjoyed the separate lofted bed and small patio. The walls are definitely a bit thin, but I wasn’t bothered by it at all. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I on our 2 week stay in Barcelona. Our host was very helpful, giving us lots of tips of places to go in the area, where the best food was and how to get around. The location of this place is excellent! There are grocery stores within walking distance as well as several bars and restaurants. And Sagrada Família was just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was impeccably clean! We had everything we needed there. The washer and dryer was absolutely a plus. We felt right at home in this apartment. 5 stars in every avenue!

Mireia and Maria's place is located in a great area close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the city center. The place is an easy Taxi ride from the airport, and even better there is an Enterprise rental car right around the corner; I literally walked there to pick up a car. The apartment is located very centrally and you can easily walk to the next metro/bus stops. The road tends to be a bit loud at night due to the traffic. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. I stayed at Mireia's and Maria's apartment with three of my friends. Location was perfect, couldn't be better. You can walk pretty much everywhere. This apartment was just as pictured and was very clean and felt modern and updated. Has a small balcony, nice to look out on the street but when you close the windows, it’s very quiet. Great having elevator. The apartment isn’t big but much bigger than a hotel and we’re basically just sleeping here anyway. It’s plenty big for us and kitchen, bathroom were fine. It’s very quiet as are the neighbors. We really appreciated that. Not a place to party as I think sound will travel. It’s less than 15 minute walk to Rambla but lots of other places nearby and great coffee place right around corner (365). And a couple of blocks up the hill is a street is that’s full of outdoor bar seating that goes on for blocks like a party I would suggest downloading metro app, really helpful. We booked this place for 4 people. Communication with hosts was very smooth and easy from booking the flat to actual visit/stay in Barcelona. Outstanding hospitality. Location of the flat is perfect. We couldn't wish for a better location. We walked pretty much everywhere. Neighbourhood is safe and in the vicinity of some very cool local places. The first feature we noticed about the apartment was how impeccably clean the apartment was, it was immaculate. Alexandra got us checked, gave some tips about the neighborhood regarding restaurants and grocery stores; and where to find the metro. Communication with the host is very timely in response. The kitchen is fantastic, we cooked several times and all the appliances work fantastic as well as the cookware. The washer and dryer work great too, it's nice to depart home with all clean clothes. Hello, the host of this appartment helped us a lot! I arrived to Barcelona with another reservation for this trip and received a "pleasant" sms in the airport that host cancelled the reservation because of the issues with water in the flat... So I sent several requests for the other flats in Barcelona and the choice was very limited. Mirea and Maria answered me rapidly and confirmed the reservation asap. The flat is perfectly placed next to all touristic sightseeings, transport, restaurants and at the same time situated at calm street. It's clean, with all needed hygienic norms, towels etc. Mirea and Maria just saved our vacations!

My husband I stayed here for 4 nights for our first trip to Barcelona and it was exactly what we needed. The residence was comfortable and clean. It’s an easy walk to the Las Ramblas and Raval neighborhoods (5-10 min) and just a little further - but still very easy - to El Gotic (15 min). We had an early arrival and were able to drop our bags off before we went and explored. The woman who handled the check-in (Alexandra) provided some great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Definitely recommend!

The first feature we noticed about the apartment was how impeccably clean the apartment was, it was immaculate. Alexandra got us checked, gave some tips about the neighborhood regarding restaurants and grocery stores; and where to find the metro. Communication with the host is very timely in response. The kitchen is fantastic, we cooked several times and all the appliances work fantastic as well as the cookware. The washer and dryer work great too, it's nice to depart home with all clean clothes. The patio was refreshing to sit out for wine or al fresco dining. Just like in the picture, the apartment is stylish and modern with a zen vibe, but; very welcoming and comfortable to come home to after a day out in the city. I cannot recommend or say enough positive things about this host or apartment, we found everything just wonderful.

Apartment with amaxing view. A bit noisy during the day, but it helps to get the atmosphere of the city. The hosts are so kind and cute. It was easy to talk during arrival. Metro is located so close + you can take the other metro line by walking about 5-7 min. A lot of shops and supermarkets, taxi, buses, etc, are around. An apartment is light, a bit small but too cozy with lovely view! I’m happy to stayed there. I’ll definitely come back and will stay there again.

About 15 minutes into the city via Bus. At certain hours, the Wi-Fi signal in the apartment would go in and out but worked fine most of the day. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Great location in Barcelona, convenient to the metro, busses and airport transportation (Aerobes). Also wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and modern. We didn't use the kitchen facilities which were modern and well kept and the bathroom was also well kept (one of the lights kept flickering). Alexandra was very accommodating, meeting us at the bus stop, walking with us to the apartment and showing us where all the city attractions were on a map. Overall a wonderful experience.

This is a decent base for a short trip to Barcelona! The place was clean and comfortable and everything worked as it was supposed to. Nice to have the iron and proper coffee machine! Communication with hosts was great and check in/check out not a problem. The neighbors were pretty loud at night and early in the morning, making it a bit hard to sleep sometimes, and the lack of natural light makes jet lag a harder to get over if you are coming from far away. But if you just need a place to crash in a chill neighborhood with good amenities and great hosts, this is your spot!

The apartment was great in terms of cleanliness, features, decor and location. Alexandra waited for us in the apartment to give us the keys and a lot of local information!! It is 2 blocks from a supermarket and a metro station and 4 blocks from another metro station of a different line. Close to Plaza Catalunya and to La Sagrada Familia by metro. Nice neighborhood close to the downtown area and with several restaurants, bars, cafes and businesses around. My son and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment and Barcelona! Highly recommended!!

Cet appartement est placé dans un quartier populaire, dans une petite rue ce qui permet vraiment de s'imprégner de l'ambiance de Barcelone. A 8mn a pied (chronométré en marchant tranquille) de la sagrada familia. Il est moderne, bien équipé. Our stay was good. The place fit our needs, but could really benefit from a coat of paint and minor touch-ups. The remotes were kind of gross, and the couches could use a deep cleaning, but otherwise the place was in good order. The floors were really well cleaned and the sheets were nice and white. Really spacious kitchen. The location is convenient, but gets loud at night. We were woken up every night by something, but it was never consistent noise. Probably unavoidable in a good location in Barcelona. Good walking distance to lots of great restaurants and sights. Phone was stolen sitting at a restaurant right outside the apartment by a pick-pocketer so be careful! Seemed like a safe street, so I don’t think that’s common, but something to be aware of. No fault of the apartment owner. Check-in process was fine. Talked to Alexandra on the phone upon check-in and she was very helpful.

Highly recommended. The location and amenities of this apartment were awesome. We were a group of 4 and there was PLENTY of room for us. The apartment is well appointed with all the comforts of home. The property is located on the 5th floor of a well secured building (there is an elevator) and the photos do not show the view from the two small balconies which overlook the street and mountains, but it is beautiful. The hosts were amazing...our flight left later in the day on our check out day, but they kindly let us put our bags up so that we didn't have to drag them through the city. Barcelona is spread out, but we found it easy to walk to many places from the apartment and the rest were a quick, cheap taxi ride. I would definitely stay here again when visiting, it had everything and more that we needed.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Barcelona in dit prachtige appartement. De ligging is ideaal, dicht bij een metro station en dicht bij restaurantjes, de oude stand en een supermarkt. Vanaf de kleine balkonnetjes heb je prachtig uitzicht. Het is een ruim appartement met 2 badkamers. Het is sfeervol ingericht, vrij compleet en de ontvangst ter plekke was heel goed. Alexandra was heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en enthousiast. Ook de communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf was uitstekend. Absoluut een aanrader!!

Zeer mooi appartement met fantastisch uitzicht op de Sagrada Familia. Winkels, waaronder ook goedkope supermarkten, en de metro vlak voor de deur. Er is een lift. Ook is er 1 straat verder een opslag voor koffers voor als je de laatste dag nog lekker Barcelona in wilt gaan. Helaas was er geen koffiezetter aanwezig. Maar beneden bij de Mc.Donalds kon je verschillende smaken koffie kopen. Zeker de moeite waard.

Bonne localisation permettant de se rendre facilement à pied dans le quartier Gothique, Las Ramblas et quartiers environnants... et situé à deux pas du métro et du bus. Le quartier est néanmoins bruyant la nuit. Bonne communication avant le séjour. Un bon accueil et de très bons conseils de visites qui ne sont pas forcément indiquées dans les guides et qui nous ont permis de faire de belles decouvertes.

Die Nähe zur Sagrada Familia und zum Stadtzentrum. Die Unkompliziertheit des Besitzers. Nun fanden wir ein wenig schade, dass es nur 1 Badezimmer für 6-7 Plätze gibt. Aber wir haben uns sehr gut arrangieren können. Es war auch sehr nett, dass wir das Gepäck am Abreisetag bis 15:00 Uhr in der Wohnung lassen durften. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Alex!

AC is available!! Which is a must in Barcelona during the summer!! The windows also all have shutters. Two full bathrooms, extra bedding & an elevator. It’s a safe and very secure apartment close to restaurants & the metro. There’s a large market within steps of the apartment & shopping grocery bags to borrow. There’s also a new Lidl in the same area as the market so you can do all of your shopping. The bus stop is across the street and metro is on the corner. It was easy to communicate with them and answered all of our questions and provided recommendations of what to do and see in the city. There is also a washing machine in the apartment and drying rack that was very useful for our trip. I would recommend this apartment!!!

Excellent apartment in a *wonderful* part of the city. Walk up Calle de Roser and eat at the tapas places on Carrer del Blai—there are so many good ones. Super lively area, very close to the Miro museum and the Gothic quarter. I couldn’t ask for a better location and will stay here again on my next trip! The apartment was super clean and the A/C was very needed after spending the day walking 10 miles! You’ll need to purchase extra toilet paper and garbage bags (I didn’t see any in the apartment) as well as your toiletries, but that’s not a problem at all. A nice little store is just a few doors down. Check in and out was excellent. Paula met me even though my flight was very late. Extremely accommodating and communicative office. Excellent choice.

À 2 pas du métro Europa-fira. Près de presque tout en métro. Le métro est facile à utiliser et sécuritaire. Les lits sont confortables (1 lit double et un divan lit). L'appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Situé à côté du centre commercial Gran Via 2 (2 min de marche) qui un hypermarché Carrefour. Plusieurs restos tout à côté : Pepa, une pizzeria italienne, un café (vivari, le café est très bon et pas cher max 5€ pour 2 cafés et 3 viennoiseries). je recommande vivement cet appartement!

We needed to check in early on a late notice and they were very accommodating and kept up communication with us the whole way through. It was perfect for us because we wanted something close to the city, clubs, beach, ect. It was really easy to get a taxi to and from the apartment and go into the more site seeing areas and beach. It was clean and easily fit four of us. The only thing we struggled with was there are several buildings that are similar and the address did not specifically say which building it was so it was a bit confusing at first but once we were inside it was beautiful, clean and spacious.

We are family of 4, 2 kids. We loved our stay in this El Raval apartment. It was exactly as we had hoped. The home is really comfortable and super clean. The neighborhood is great - away from tourist onslaught, but close enough to walk to popular areas and attractions or a short cab ride away. Very cool balcony, comfortable beds, working wifi, secure building, elevator, working A/C, great light. Two full, clean bathrooms is a bonus, as well. Check out the neighborhood - very diverse and real and working class, with cool restaurants, cafes, barber shops, record stores, clothing stores.

This place is amazing, super clean and is next to the metro station. Is not in the center of the city but the metro takes you everywhere you want to go. The public transportation in Barcelona is great so you don’t really need to stay closer to the center (I recommend to buy the day pass because you will use the train/buses a lot). I spent 3 days in this Apartment. It is located in a 15-20 min walking distance from old town/city center and not far away from main points of interests. Apartment is fully equipped so you may find everything you need. It is quite new and seems not that far appeared on Airbnb, so you could face with lack of subsidiary products while cooking ( such as salt, oil and so on, but you can find it in nearest 24H shop. In general I like my stay and want definitely recommend this place for others.

This apartment is in a great location to explore Barcelona; walkable to Barcelona Sants and a few minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was clean, spacious, and equipped properly. Check-in was very smooth. One of the hosts showed us a map of the city and gave us a few recommendations, which was nice. It is managed by a third company, so nothing too personal or special, but it worked perfectly for two of us for 5 nights. The only thing was that there was no natural light, which can be a little difficult for a longer stay. A good surprise was that there was a washing machine, which we appreciated greatly. Overall good experience!

Upon check-in, we appreciated that Alexandra took time to show us the map around the city to point out key points of interests, food recommendations near the apartment, as well as other information that will be useful for us (like the closest supermarket, etc). The apartment was also large enough for our family of 8 adults. It was simple, clean and comfortable with a lovely glimpse of the top of the Sagrada Familia by the dining room balcony. The only minor issue we had was the way the shower head was positioned in one of the bathrooms. It was facing and hitting the shower curtain. Other than that, the apartment suited our needs.

Perfect spot! We loved staying in this area of Barcelona 💓 and this place was perfect for us. We went as a couple so there were rooms we didn't even use but there is definitely comfortable sleeping space for 5. The A/C is in the main living room but it kept things nice and cool for sleeping. The building itself was very quiet and did not hear any traffic or street noise which is pretty great considering how central it is. There is a large grocery store right across the street, which made it easy to grab food for breakfast, snacks etc. And tons of little great restaurants within 5 min walk. This spot was very walkable to a subway or even the attractions themselves - Barcelona is for walking! Was nice to wander back to a very residential area after the hustle bustle of the city. Mireia and Maria and staff were helpful friendly and accommodating. they spent time going through the map and giving us some insider tips.

Eine gepflegte, ruhige Wohnung mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse zum Frühstücken in der Sonne und Entspannen! Für Menschen die gern kochen, könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. (Ein Wasserkocher oder Kessel fehlten) Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig, gute Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn. Großartig ist die Nähe zur Sagrada Familia. Der Stadtteil Gracia ist sehr charmant und es lässt sich dort gut Essengehen. Wir sind rund um zufrieden und hatten einen tolle Zeit in Barcelona!

The hosts are amazing.

This is the perfect place for travelers who want to be close to the action, but want peace at night. The Airbnb is on a main street with lots of restaurants, bars, and other stores. It is really a short walk to just about everything. There was also a street festival coincidentally one of the days we were staying there and we felt like the coolest kids on the block, watching everything from the balcony. The hosts are super responsive and very hospitable. The home is fully stocked (e.g., washing machine, all the kitchen tools you may need, wifi, adequate amount of toilet paper/paper towel) which was great because we never needed anything. My friends and I truly enjoyed ourselves and are making plans to visit Barcelona again. We will most certainly be returning to this Airbnb. Definitely book!

Property building has a lift as it's on attic floor and it's a lot of stairs, very spacious rooms and seating area for eating, has two patio areas although they are not scenic views (back courtyards) but nice to enjoy the weather. Lidl is right across the road which is handy but it's closed on a Sunday so buy what you need on the Saturday.

El apartamento es muy confortable y muy bien ubicado. Alexandra la chica que nos recibio fue muy amable y nos dio mucha información util para nuestra visita a Barcelona. Estoy un poco en desacuerdo con el cargo que cobran cuando uno llega de noche. En nuestro caso llegamos entre las 23 y 24 y nos cobraron un cargo de 30 euros. Se me hace un poco caro. Deberia estar incluido en el servicio del apartamento.

Great location to everything you want to visit. Elevator is lovely after a long days walk. There is space to relax on couch and have separate sleeping room. Hustle and bustle of city is at your door step. The cooking area is perfect, yet the restaurants and bars are steps away. Why would you cook? Thank you to Alexandra for all her noteworthy advice. Die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen. Wornsind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben viel gute Tipps bekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Barcelona zu Fuß zu erkunden oder mit Bus/U-Bahn. Man ist sehr schnell überall. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Zu zweit perfekt, aber mit zwei oder drei Personen mehr sollte es auch gut gehen. Für die Stadt ungewöhnlich, war die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir konnten sogar das Fenster nachts auflassen. Und in der sonne auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Toller Aufenthalt.

Great flat in a great location. It is very nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. A couple of things that would have made our stay a bit better. You should provide more toilet paper and paper towels, one bathroom didn't have hand soap, and we needed more dishwashing soap. We could have used a few more types of pots and pans and serving utensils.

The location was to die for! We had many colleagues at the congress we were attending who were very jealous of our spectacular views and location! It is right next door to the Metro so perfectly sited for commuting around Barcelona, a plethora of eateries in the immediate vicinity and had a suitable outdoor entertainment during our stay (without being intrusive!) Dolors our host was extremely helpful and prompt. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She gave us recommendations and booked our taxi to the airport with plenty of time . The apartment itself was fantastic, had everything we needed (including iron & ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine etc)

Le quartier est plutôt sympa, avec tous les commerces et un grand marché, juste a côté. Cela est bien pratique. De plus, l'appartement se trouve à 10mns à pied de l'hyper centre. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. De plus, il se trouve dans un bel immeuble Standing, avec grand ascenseur. Rien dire, c'était parfait. L'accueil de la femme de ménage très agréable, et elle à très bien fait son travail. Par contre, nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires, qui je suppose, étaient en déplacement pour les fêtes de Noël. Nous avons aussi eu droit à un petit Sachet de Chocolats de bienvenue pour les fêtes de Noël. Cela à été très apprécié.! Merci !

The location was to die for! We had many colleagues at the congress we were attending who were very jealous of our spectacular views and location! It is right next door to the Metro so perfectly sited for commuting around Barcelona, a plethora of eateries in the immediate vicinity and had a suitable outdoor entertainment during our stay (without being intrusive!) Dolors our host was extremely helpful and prompt. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She gave us recommendations and booked our taxi to the airport with plenty of time . The apartment itself was fantastic, had everything we needed (including iron & ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine etc)”

The apartment worked really well for our needs. We like the luxury of its modern amenities. While the apartment is small, there was more than enough space for my partner and I. We chose to stay here because it is in the gayborhood, and while we enjoyed the comfort of feeling safe, it was a bit of long walking distance from most landmarks like the Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila. Bus a mere 4 blocks away took us straight to Güell Park.

What a fantastic stay!!!!! Nothing bad to say about the apartment at all. First of all we felt as if the location was perfect, not located within the centre of Barcelona, which meant it was nice and quite with not many tourists around. But was very easy to access central Barcelona with a metro stop being a stones throw away and bus stops all around, which is simple too coordinated. Also nearby was a beautiful shopping centre with many shops and a huge supermarket which was nice as we could stock up on groceries in the apartment. The owner was extremely helpful on arrival, showing us and informing us off the great things to do while in this beautiful city with maps and guides and was very friendly, also communication was very good with being available to text and call with any problems. Moving onto the apartment, it was surprisingly really spacious (the pictures made me think the apartment was smaller then it was) same applies with the balcony. This apartment is comfortable and well-equipped for a pleasant stay in Barcelona. It's a very short walk from the Sants railway station, and around the corner from a metro stop (I'd recommend walking to the metro stop at Sants, though, as the lines there run more frequently and are much less crowded). The apartment is clean and well laid-out and the building is quite classy and well-restored. The bedrooms are well-sized and can comfortably accommodate a larger party.

Everything was OK. The flat has a good location (2 minutes to Universitat station and 10 minutes walk to plaça Catalunya). The flat is small but well furnished and well equiped (notably, the matelas xas confortable). We were also kindly provided with a bed for our baby. We recommend this place !

Es war zunächst extrem schwierig eine zeitnahe Rechnung für die Kreditkarten-Abbuchung durch Wimdu zu bekommen. Im Nachhinein hat sich herausgestellt dass es normales Wimdu-Prozedere ist, die Zahlung auch wenn lange vorher erfolgt erst nach der Anreise zu quittieren. Um das herauszubekommen war aber wochenlanger Mailverkehr nötig. Dabei war die Vermieterin sehr geduldig, hilfreich und kulant. Auch bei unserem Aufenthalt hat die Vermieterin zeitnah auf alle Fragen und Probleme reagiert. Die Wohnung entsprach sehr genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos, war sauber, sehr nett möbliert, wohnlich und ruhig. Zwei der Schlafräume, Küche und Bad gehen in den schmalen Innenhof, was aber für die Bebauung in den Gründerzeitvierteln typisch ist. Dafür haben die anderen Zimmer Terassenzugang und freie Aussicht über die Dachlandschaft. Wir haben uns jedefalls rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei maximaler Auslastung (5 Personen) fällt das Geschir

My stay was perfect in this beautifully renovated apartment overlooking the one and only Sagrada Familla. Our host was very friendly, welcoming and punctual. The view is spectacular and I will never forget the ambience it added to everything from coffee in the morning to dinner at night. For all of our meetings It was never more than a 7€ taxi cab to the Ramblas which made it quite convenient. The only ´con´ I can say is that it would be a little cramped if it was at full capacity ; for 2 people it was perfect and roomy. All in all a great escape in this beautiful city ; It was one of my best choices for this trip.

This is a fantastic apartment, meeting (and exceeding) our expectations. The place is every bit as outstanding as it looks, both spacious and filled with natural light - definitely a place you want to stick around for your morning breakfast before heading out for a day´s adventure. The views are true to the photos, and while La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter are a short taxi ride away, we opted to walk and it´s a lovely 25 minute journey through beautiful streets. Our hosts were very friendly and right on time for both check in and check out. It´s hard to top this spot.

It is a very central, comfortable and clean apartment. It is very close to the metro and the shops. Ottima posizione, pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana Urgel e circa 20 minuti a piedi per Piazza Catalunia e la Rambla. Appartamento molto bello, grande, comodo, luminoso e riscaldato da termosifoni. Arredamento moderno e con una bellissima terrazza all'attico illuminata anche la sera. Staff molto disponibile e gentile (in occasione del nostro anniversario ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e una scatola di cioccolatini). Lo consiglio davvero!!! 10 e lode

Appartement très joliment rénové, idéalement situé (5 min du métro, 25 min à pieds de la sagrada familia avec enfants) Très calme avec balcon/terrasse (table/lampions) Parfaitement conforme aux photos et au descritpif. Maria et Mieria ont tout prévu pour notre comfort : linge de lit, produit de toilettes, sèche cheveux...) Nous avons été accueillis par Alexandra tout en sourire!Elle a pris le temps de nous donner quelques conseils pour découvrir la ville, a répondu gentiment à nos questions et nous a donné un plan de la ville. Contact très facile avec elle qui a même glissé quelques mots en Français pour notre petit gars qui était impressionné de ne rien comprendre! This is a fine location for a busy tourist visit. Though not close to the centre the transport system in Barcelona is very convenient, cheap and and easy to use. Maybe you should make it clearer which apartments the photos relate to. Also I think you should spell out more clearly the address for example: Carrer Valencia, Building 404, Floor 5, Apartment 1 as this is easier to find on the map .

It was nicely decorated with Wifi and nice size kitchen. The access to the trains and local services were available. The management was accessible and very helpful in getting you set up and providing points of contacts. I would recommend this apartment for rental and plan to use it again.

Un séjour très agréable, dans un appartement très propre et très bien agencer, quartier et immeuble moderne très calme et très bien situer, proche d'un grand centre commercial (idéal pour faire les courses, shopping et restaurant), station de métro à même pas une dizaine de mètres, le bus qui se situe à moins de 100 mètres emmène directement à l'aéroport (20 min de trajet) grande facilité de transport pour accèder aux lieux désirer.

La ubicación es maravillosa, con la parada del tren justo enfrente de la puerta, el edificio muy moderno y buenas vistas hacia la feria de muestras. La direccion es muy conocida y los taxistas lo tienen muy facil para llegar, esta entre un centro comercial Carrefour y otro de Ikea, por lo que hacer alguna compra económica es facil, además está rodeado de restaurantes económicos y hay al lado un Mc Donalds.

Wir haben im Juli 2015 eine Woche in dem Appartement verbracht. Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit der Betreuung und dem Appartement selber. Die Beschreibung stimmte in allen Punkten mit der Realität überein. Die Grundausstattung mit Verbrauchsmitteln war ausreichend, es stand sogar eine frische Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Besonders schön war, dass der kleine und der etwas größere Balkon zur Haushinterseite lagen, sehr ruhig. Wir können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass es bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Barcelona frei ist.

Location of the apartment was very good, though not too much centric. Public transportation inmediately available in front of entrance takes you in 15-20 minutes to city Center. aucune mauvaise surprise , de la réservation au départ. pas de publicité mensongère sur l'appartement qui était très bien situé (arrêt bus et metro au pied de l'immeuble, gare à 5 mn à pied ), propre et climatisé pour un prix de location très abordable. nous avons également apprécié le fait que l'on nous ai donné tous les renseignements durant la réservation par internet ce qui nous a permis d'organiser le séjour, et à l'arrivée en nous laissant un numéro de téléphone à joindre pour tout renseignement et à toute heure. Bravo, nous reviendrons.

Everything was wonderful. The only snag is that we were given pots that were not compatible with the stop top and it took a while and a visit from the very patient Alexandra to solve this. Also, the drain in the shower was clogged, so showering was unpleasant. Otherwise, with these minor corrections, I would stay there again. Gracias.

Excellent location for the MWC event that I was attending so that was my main reason for booking this place. Good communication through the entire process so everything was very simple. The apartment itself was very nice with everything in that I could possibly need. Wasn't the cheapest, but prices everywhere were high for the time of the event so that's understandable. I had no problems finding the apartment, especially with the personal email from the staff giving detailed directions. The apartment was good, comfortable. The only problem I had was with hot water and that was because the boiler had been unplugged in error. As soon as I sent a text to notify The manager, she was attentive and got straight back to me, then followed up to make sure I had got the issue fixed. All in all a good stay, perfect for my business purposes. Only thing I would add to the kitchen would be a kettle to boil water and some coffee, although there was tea.

En voyant l´immeuble, le couloir, le palier, on se demandait sur quoi on allait tomber... Quelle bonne surprise on a eu en entrant dans l´appartement, moderne, climatisation, cuisine équipé, machine à laver... On s´est sentis comme à la maison. L´appartement est à 500m des métro L2 et L3 donc tout est accessible en très peu de temps. Barcelona 4 seasons est une agence que je conseille à tous et sûr que je reviendrai vers vous.

We had a great dtay, as expected from a appartment there was no personel and cleaning during the week, but the appartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. A big advantage is that busses 14 and 59 stop close by. Its a 2 min walk to get to the busstop towards the city centre, and on the way back you get out in front of the appartment. 5 min walk to the clostest metro station which was doable. All and all a great appartment and I will defenitly keep it in mind if I ever return to Barcelona!

Two minutes on foot to the next Metro station, the bus stop in front of the door. Great! Supermarkets everywhere, as well as restaurants serving Catalan food and all kinds of shops. Our agent from B4S was very nice & supportive (special thanks to Alexandra !!!) with a map of BCN and helpful tips. Even the strangest request didn't ruffle her. At the time we went there, the oven didn't work, but that was nothing we missed very much. For people like us who live in a rural area, the noise from the street was too loud to sleep, but there was enough space to change the bedrooms. So all in all this was an unforgetable trip which we very much enjoyed. Recommendation? Absolutely yes!

Notre séjour dans cet appartement a été très bon choix. Moderne, très propre avec toutes les commodités. Avec toutes les services dans le quartier et pres de Metro et une belle terrasse pour profiter avec les enfants. Excellente gestion de Barcelona4seasons.

Appartement juste parfait, neuf, moderne, conviviale, propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin ... Et la terrasse est un vrai plus. Situé à 5 mn du métro Joanic, ligne 4 directe pour la plage (stations Barceloneta ou Ciutadella Villa Olimpica) et le centre ville (station Passeig de Gracia ou Urquinaona à 5 mn à pied de catalunya).

The choice of this apartment was very successful. Comfortable, quiet, equipped with a very nice and practical decor and a cozy terrace. Quiet and safe area, with all amenities, shops and well connected by metro and bus and close to Sagrada Familia monument. Good choice, highly recommended.

Appartement grand mais assez vieillot au niveau de la déco, cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Situé juste a côté de la sagrada. La personne qui nous a accueilli n était vraiment pas aimable, nous étions en retards sur l heure d arrivée et nous avons bien senti que ça embêtait beaucoup ce messieurs de se déplacer pour nous apporter les clefs. The apartment has a great location. 3 minutes away from Sagrada Familia and Metro station. Nearby you can find a supermarket, pharmacy. Also, there's a bus stop to go to a beach not far from this place. The apartment is comfortable, clean, perfect variant for 6 persons.

The apartment was well equipped with electric appliances and hi-tech but lacked some basic and useful things such as a solid kitchen knife, chopping board, salad bowl, light above the stove and the kitchen sink, hangers. There were some small issues with remote controlled blinds but the contact person came by and explained how it works and that it will be fixed but they did fix the light above the stove. There was a stain on the bed cover that did not leave a good impression and the sofa was a bit run down but all in all we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location. The owners were responsive and helpful as well. If all the mentioned disadvantages get improved then the future guests will get good value for their money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well kept, centrally located. Staff were able to assist us with all our needs. The terrace is real value for money after a long day's walk about in the city centre. All amenities close by. Main Bedroom a little bit small, and beds too, but nevertheless we managed, we hope to come again. Family Gaibie.

Traveling with our 1.5-year old daugther and staying in Barcelona during 9 nights, we found this apartment simply fascinating. Its design, layout, equipment, terrace, location are beyond any positive description. Maria and Mirea who met us when arrived were most helpful. Sehr gute Lage, ein paar Gehminuten von der Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Metro Stadion Joanic und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Bäcker usw. Für PKW anreisenden, direkt in der nähe das Parkhaus B:SM / 7 Tageticket 60,- €. Sonst viel geduld beim Parkplatz suchen..... Die Wohnung ist für 3-4 Personen oder 4 köpfige Familie sehr geeignet. Sehr schön und Komfortabel eingerichtet. Gerne wieder.

The flat is nice, clean, comfortable and modern. We used all rooms as bedrooms and it was comfortable for the sleep. We were lucky to live there. Just few not so comfortable things - we used to wait for the check-in for 1,5 hour. It was quite late and was not nice to wait so long. And another recomendation for the owners - to get a hairdryer. Thank you very much!

Really nice apartment and good location. Next to public transports and Sagrada Familia. Very quiet and gives you the feeling of actually living in Barcelona. When we went there the we werent aloud to go to the terrace because there where some works, but its definatly a big plus, cause its huge and you can enjoy the sun and have some relax outside. I would definitely come back again. If you are not a couple or its 4 people the door of the bathroom doesnt close that well... so not that much privacy.

The location right in the middle of the Eixample was ideal! Maribel and her husband were extremely helpful. The flat is furbished extremely well and with taste. We definitely enjoyed our short stay in Muntaner.

We chose this two bedroom apartment in Barcelona (Gracia) mainly for its terrace. We wanted somewhere to stretch out and enjoy a cool drink after schlepping around the city. This part and the lounge behind it were excellent. The second bedroom was below standard. At the far end was a short corridor leading towards the stairs and elevator without a proper wall between and no working lock to secure it from the outside. The adult using that room had to tolerate the noisy lift and the stairwell being used well into the night and early morning. The light from the stairwell could not be turned off and the room became very hot and stuffy if the door was closed. The kitchen was just OK but very small. The main bedroom was small but quiet and comfortable. This is really only a one-bedroom apartment with space for a small child. As a two bedroom apartment it is overpriced.
