This bnb is managed by a company, not an individual. However everyone we dealt with was prompt and efficient. Be aware that late check in fees apply and must be paid in cash. Also you have to pay tourist tax. The apartment was clean and in a good location. It has air conditioning and was lovely to come home to.

We really enjoyed our stay! It would have been nice to have some more amenities - for example we had to purchase toilet paper, and there were no tea towels or hand soap. We found the apartment very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Ana and Innes were excellent to deal with.

This is a decent base for a short trip to Barcelona! The place was clean and comfortable and everything worked as it was supposed to. Nice to have the iron and proper coffee machine! Communication with hosts was great and check in/check out not a problem. The neighbors were pretty loud at night and early in the morning, making it a bit hard to sleep sometimes, and the lack of natural light makes jet lag a harder to get over if you are coming from far away. But if you just need a place to crash in a chill neighborhood with good amenities and great hosts, this is your spot!

The apartment is renovated and spacious. Close to metro stations and the neighborhood felt safe. Very little personal contact with the host, but readily available through messages and calling. Also, accommodating and nice in all interactions.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation et la propreté de cet appartement ainsi que l’accueil réservé par Paula. L’appartement est sombre comme on peut le deviner sur les photos. Bon rapport qualité prix. L’immeuble est très beau à l’image de Barcelone!

Mireia and Maria’s Place was a great base from which to enjoy Barça. Fairly basic but if you’re not planning on doing much more than sleep there as we did, then that’s just fine. Close to all the essential amenities like restaurants, bars, shops and the Metro.

This apartment is in a great location to explore Barcelona; walkable to Barcelona Sants and a few minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was clean, spacious, and equipped properly. Check-in was very smooth. One of the hosts showed us a map of the city and gave us a few recommendations, which was nice. It is managed by a third company, so nothing too personal or special, but it worked perfectly for two of us for 5 nights. The only thing was that there was no natural light, which can be a little difficult for a longer stay. A good surprise was that there was a washing machine, which we appreciated greatly. Overall good experience!

Bell'appartamento situato in quartiere molto tranquillo e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Fermata della metropolitana a 2 minuti a piedi. Centro città raggiungibile in 10 min con la metropolitana. Appartamento pulito e abbastanta moderno.

For location I prefer to pay less and there is no view. the view was important to us. But it was a nice apartment with and clean. and if we needed something we could always ask and will be helped immediately. We hope to be more in the city next year;)

This apartment is comfortable and well-equipped for a pleasant stay in Barcelona. It's a very short walk from the Sants railway station, and around the corner from a metro stop (I'd recommend walking to the metro stop at Sants, though, as the lines there run more frequently and are much less crowded). The apartment is clean and well laid-out and the building is quite classy and well-restored. The bedrooms are well-sized and can comfortably accommodate a larger party.

Apartment is very clean.. Transportation wise is ok, bus stop just across the street. Alina helps me a lot on how to get around the city. Overall, everything was great. Will come again in the future.

aucune mauvaise surprise , de la réservation au départ. pas de publicité mensongère sur l'appartement qui était très bien situé (arrêt bus et metro au pied de l'immeuble, gare à 5 mn à pied ), propre et climatisé pour un prix de location très abordable. nous avons également apprécié le fait que l'on nous ai donné tous les renseignements durant la réservation par internet ce qui nous a permis d'organiser le séjour, et à l'arrivée en nous laissant un numéro de téléphone à joindre pour tout renseignement et à toute heure. Bravo, nous reviendrons.

The apartment was very good, large clean and good facilities. It was further from the centre of Barcelona than I was lead to believe when booking the accommodation but the metro was close by and cheap.
